SmartWave Tech (VAT: BE1020.734.463) provides this page to securely transfer your M3U playlist URL or streaming credentials (server URL, username, password) to your Wave IPTV application on your TV via a temporary QR-code link. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you provide.

Information We Collect

• Streaming data: You provide either your full M3U playlist URL or your streaming credentials, depending on the selected tab.
• Unique TV ID: This identifier, contained in the QR-code link, tells us which Firebase path to send your data to.
• Preferences: We store your language and theme settings in your browser’s local storage.
• Technical data (Firebase): Our service partner Firebase may collect technical details like IP address and browser type to deliver its service. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
• Payment information: If you buy a Premium code, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive only transaction details (e.g., amount, date); card data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

• Transmission: We send your playlist URL or constructed credentials URL to the designated Firebase path linked to your Unique TV ID so your TV app can retrieve it.
• Premium purchases: Transaction details from Stripe are used only to deliver your Premium code and to fulfil legal and accounting obligations.
• User experience: Your language and theme preferences enhance your browsing experience.

Data Sharing

• Firebase: We use Firebase Realtime Database to route your data to your TV app.
• Stripe: When you purchase Premium, Stripe processes your payment and provides us with transaction details; we do not store payment card information.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties for marketing.

Security

We protect your data through HTTPS encryption between your browser and our server, and encrypted communication with Firebase. The URL or credentials you submit are never stored on our server; they are sent immediately to Firebase. Stripe and Firebase maintain their own security measures.

Data Retention

We do not retain your playlist URL or credentials on our servers. Data sent via Firebase is intended for one-time use and may be overwritten. Transaction details from Premium purchases are stored only as long as required to comply with legal obligations. Your preferences remain in your browser until you clear your local storage.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
